The alliance will be hosting Mike Acker, author of”The Springs; Resort Towns of Sonoma Valley”, a recently published book on the history of the Springs. Mike will be giving a slide presentation of material from the book and answering questions. Mike is also interested in hearing stories from Springs residents so this promises to be a fascinating evening!
Announcements will be made prior to the start of the presentation.

The 2nd annual Springs Festival is Sunday, June 11, from 4 to 7 pm at Larson Park on DeChene Avenue. This is going to be a fun family event with lots of food and other local vendors, music and activities for kids. This is a dog friendly, walkable event that includes a bike valet so no need to drive and worry about parking if you live in the Springs!
The Springs Community Alliance booth will feature Mike Acker who will be on hand to sign and sell his newly published book, “The Springs – Resort Towns of Sonoma Valley”
